UNDP has been a member of the International Aid Transparency Initiative (IATI) since its creation in 2008, and has consistently been ranked as one of the top transparent organisations in the world. We are concerned over recent allegations over its recruitment practices in the context of building national capacity in the public sector. The allegations are not supported by facts.  UNDP’s  recruitment procedure is strictly grounded on the core principles of fairness, integrity , transparency and follows an open competitive process.
