Description: The time frame for paying taxes for a given year is limited and commonly this time results in long lines and extensive wait periods for small taxpayers who are not eligible for the current e-tax services.  These small taxpayers pay a fixed amount for three years based on estimations made from previous years earnings and are not required to file documentations like medium and large taxpayers. Therefore, while the tax filing and paying process is relatively simple for small taxpayers the number and the need to make payments in person means that they sometimes have to wait as much as 2 day to complete their process. This process is discouraging and contributes to the lack of tax compliancy.
