Description:  Government employees have an internal court system for complaints and appeal related to Human Resources decisions. The appeals process starts with a letter to open a case, followed by multiple appointment to bring thier to a judge and make multiple statements and counter statements over the course of possibly months.  The employees must travel multiple time in-person for this process, even from regional cities, which is not only time consuming but finically difficult since salaries are on hold during a case.
