![]() Reducing poverty and working towards the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) is one of the four corporate focus areas of UNDP's work in Ethiopia. In this focus area, UNDP aims to support national capacity building to bring about inclusive economic growth and development, within the context of the Plan for Accelerated and Sustained Development to End Poverty (PASDEP). | The Democratic Institution Programme (DIP) facilitated a training session that aims at enhancing the effective and efficient delivery of the programme. The two day training was provided to 30 participants including the National Programme Coordinators (NPC) from the National Electoral Board of Ethiopia, Ethiopian Human Rights Commission, Ethiopian Institute of the Ombudsman, Ethics and Anti-corruption Commission, House of Peoples’ Representatives, Regional State Councils, the House of Federation and Regional Council of Nationalities. | |
